The reef locations are fairly close, so travel time is brief. You will have the chance to see some exciting marine life including giant sea turtles, eels, lionfish, manta rays, coral formations, and more. Some of the more popular dive spots include Xcalack and Xahuaixol. The locations are decided daily by the dive master depending on the currents and water conditions.

Continuing the excursion, your guide will lead you to other remarkable sights such as the Memorial Room in Sponza Palace, the Old Port of the city, the Dubrovnik Cathedral, and the Rector’s Palace. Each location will offer a glimpse into Dubrovnik’s captivating culture.

Then you will hop back on the cart and you are off to Chak-Zinik-Che Cenote which means “Home of the Red Ant”. The guide will give a safety briefing and will provide helmets and lamps. This cenote is medium to dry, but there is much to explore and see. Be sure to have your camera ready, these stalactites and stalagmites make for spectacular photos. You’ll explore for about 15 minutes.

The fun continues with a stop at Maho Beach, where you can watch planes approach just meters above the beach as they land at the adjacent Princess Juliana International Airport. There are special prices for teens and children with infants going for free! There are two resort day pass options available – the Morning Pass for those guests whose ship arrives earlier. Guests who order the Early Bird Day Pass may enjoy the resort at their leisure between the hours of 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM. For those guests whose ship arrives later in the day and stays later in the evening, the Day Pass allows guests to enjoy the resort at their leisure between the hours of 10:00 AM and 08:00 PM.
