Eligibility & General Use

By accessing or using the FunInPort website (“Website”) or making a booking, users represent that they are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By proceeding with a booking, the user warrants that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Users making bookings on behalf of others confirm that they are duly authorized and that all members of the party accept these Terms and Conditions. FunInPort reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at its discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

Booking Process & Payments

A booking is accepted and a contract exists only when FunInPort or its authorized partner issues a written confirmation following receipt of payment in full (unless otherwise specified during the booking process). Prices, features, and availability are subject to change until payment is received and confirmed.

You agree to pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect when reservations are made, including any applicable taxes and fees. Failure to provide accurate payment information or pay in full by specified deadlines may result in booking cancellation or refusal of service.

Obvious errors or misprints in advertised prices or booking confirmations are not binding, and FunInPort reserves the right to cancel or correct such bookings.
